About Drone Design

Founded in July 2016 in Szczecin, Poland.
Focused on developing new airframes for multicopters, airplanes and VTOL aircrafts.

Over the years we have been gathering experience in designing, prototyping and manufacturing ultra-light composite structures. Drones and their components manufactured by us are used in over 15 countries, both in civil and military applications.

inż. Mikołaj Gruszewski

Founder and owner of Drone Design.
At first, as a kid started to dream and build RC airplanes, gliders and helicopters.
Graduated in Mechanical Engineering, to further develop skills and passion for RC airplanes and UAVs with computer aided engineering and manufacturing.
Passion turned in to business, as great combination of skills, knowledge and motivation.

Usually you can find him in workshop working on a new machine, from time to time still participating in RC competitions.

Mirosław Sałam

Master of precision aerobatics since his early childhood.

Won many competitions with his own-build airplanes.

His superpower is also revealed in the workshop as design and laminating skills.
Experienced in laminating technologies and processes also in automotiv industry.

You’ll usually find him at a model airfield or fishing by a river.
